Comprehensive Decision Making Workshop
Improve Choices and Reduce Risks

Workshop Introduction

decision making group, in the style of Rembrandt
Inspired by the style of Rembrandt, this image represents a collaborative decision-making group engaging in structured discussions to improve outcomes.

Making the right decision is one of the biggest challenges for managers and business leaders. Whether working independently or leading a team, every decision impacts business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic direction. Yet, many professionals make decisions on autopilot, failing to recognise critical moments that shape their success.

The biggest issue they encounter is not even realising they are making a decision, which results in autopilot consequences. Often, the default response is to do the first thing that comes to mind—without pausing to evaluate alternatives. Without tuition, the situation will worsen over time, especially if fear sets in.

Imagine having a structured, proven approach to decision-making—one that helps you recognise blind spots, evaluate alternatives, and avoid costly mistakes. This Better Decision Making Workshop provides a step-by-step framework to enhance critical thinking, reduce decision fatigue, and make high-impact choices with confidence.

The strategy that will be used is to support 'value' on three legs:

  1. Trust but verify
  2. Delegation or dementia
  3. Frameworks
